Commercial

Deal sourcing and value creation through an extensive network is one of Hoop’s core strengths. Hoop specializes in redesigning land and real estate to address local demands, acquiring properties with a deep understanding of tenant perspectives. By collaborating closely with operators and tenants, Hoop adeptly navigates legal and compliance challenges often beyond the scope of existing owners, restructuring assets to enhance performance and maximize returns for investors.

Office

Hoop identifies changes in the office asset landscape and is emphasizing the transformation of offices into R&D spaces. In particular, given the current rise in construction costs, Hoop is concentrating on identifying existing buildings that can be converted into R&D facilities. By leveraging its network of tenants, government agencies, universities, startups, and brokers, Hoop carries out renovations to convert conventional office buildings into R&D spaces.
